MAKING A BOOKING
Pricing may vary depending on the complexity, associated risks and location of the shoot. Please call or email to discuss your plans and requirements.
Due to the unique nature of each job, it is necessary to carry out a consultation over the phone before any quotes can be finalised.
All travel expenses are based upon mileage, and will be agreed in advance before the commencement of a job.
All quotations are subject to terms and conditions which are included with each quotation.
Our Public Liability insurance is £1 million.
For our initial discussion, it would be useful to have the location of the job, proposed date and a brief description of your requirements.
Following on from our initial discussion, it will then be necessary to carry out some preliminary research and planning, to ensure that the work is possible, required permissions are gained and that it complies with any local regulations.
Drone operations are of course entirely weather dependent. Drones can not be operated safely or effectively in high winds or rain. On that basis, it is necessary to take a flexible approach to scheduling appointments, in order to account for weather and client requests.
Each job is obviously subject to its own limitations, but every effort will be made to minimise disruptions and work efficiently.
Booking & Deposit
Having carried out some research, if everything is permissible, a quote will then be drawn up and sent to you. The quote will give you an overview of costs, proposed time and date and the specifics of the shoot.
Having agreed a quote, a 20% deposit will be required to finalise any bookings.
Full payment can be made at any time from the finalisation of a booking.
In the event that full payment has not been received by the time that the product is ready, an invoice will be sent along with digital samples. Upon receipt of full payment, the client will the receive watermark free, full quality versions of their media.
Weather, Cancellations and Changes of Schedule
Weather is of course a variable factor, which cannot be accurately predicted more than five days in advance. All reputable weather forecasts will be consulted, and if the forecasts suggest poor weather, then at least 48 hours notice will be given of a proposed change of schedule, which will be free of charge.
If the client insists on attendance despite advice regarding the weather, and it proves to be impossible to shoot, then the client will be liable for the full cost of the day’s service.
Clients can cancel for a full refund of the deposit up to 7 days before any appointment. After this point, the deposit is no longer refundable.
If a weather forecast is marginal, but it is agreed by both parties to go ahead with a shoot, then every effort will be made to carry out the shoot and the full cost will apply. It must however be stressed that the quality of the final product may be less than would be achieved following a reschedule for better weather.
